I Hate Systems

Chapter 1102.1: Representation War (Part 1)

"Slayer, Rahakh! Come and fight Mascot!"

Upon hearing Zaira\'s shout, Rahakh got up and vanished. Unlike Slayer\'s prompt response, Rahakh was delayed a bit, since he was busy reviving. Right as he reached, he stared at three Grade 1 Systems kidnap Slayer and vanish from the System world, "No!"

It was too late by then as he hurriedly informed Zaira of the same.

"Dammit! Fine, I\'ll do something about it. You focus on keeping Mascot at bay. We can\'t allow their attacks to reach deep into the System World." Came her reply, pissed.

Left with no choice, Rahakh could only join the two Grade 3 Systems in the fight against Mascot.

"If you call me daddy, I\'ll stop at three slaps to your cheeks. Otherwise, it\'ll be nine slaps. What do you say?" Ahjar was coercing Slayer upon seeing the latter refuse to retract his power from the Genre Representatives.

"Y-You\'ll only steal my power," Slayer said in resistance when he was punched in the stomach by Ahjar.

Shaking his head, Hazen healed Slayer back to full health, stating in caution, "Don\'t kill him so soon, okay? I have yet to vent my anger on him."

He flashed the gentlest of smiles towards Slayer, "Don\'t die before it\'s my turn, alright?"

"Please, spare me." Slayer hurriedly faced Compass Carburettor, stating in a hurry, "You want Stencil, right? I\'ll bring her here. Gehera is your wife, right? I\'ll bring her here too. I\'ll revert them…"

"What makes you think you can negotiate with me?" Compass Carburettor asked curtly as he stared down at Slayer, "Your only option is to do as Ahjar says, nothing more, nothing less."

Ahjar whistled at the statement as he flashed a wide-grinned expression towards Slayer and kicked him in the groin, causing Slayer to squeal from the pain. He was currently a mortal. So, the pain he experienced was as much as a mortal would when kicked in the balls.

Hazen healed Slayer after a minute, employing his causality to ensure Slayer\'s mental state was brought to the moment before he was kicked in the family jewels.

His body\'s state was reversed through cause and effect while the memories and related experiences were sealed in his mind behind a layer of fog. Once he was done, he nodded at Ahjar.

"Man, I love your abilities. Wanna swap?" Ahjar whistled as he stared at Hazen. Upon being refused, he acted disappointed and snapped his finger. A tiny space crack formed with each of Slayer\'s family jewels, rupturing it at the molecular level. The pain basically killed him.

But right before he died, Hazen reversed cause and effect, bringing his body back to its pristine state while sealing the memory behind a layer of fog.

Compass Carburettor gently poked Slayer on the forehead and subjected him to nuclear radiation, causing his body to rot with pain that rend his soul.

The trio took turns subjecting Slayer to the extreme levels of pain a mortal could ever experience. Of course, thanks to his experience trove, Compass Carburettor had billions of such varieties that a mortal could be subjected towards.

And Slayer was indeed in line to savour them all.

For the next two years, they subjected Slayer to all sorts of cruelty, at a level even Magister might shy away from. The reason they stopped was due to a plain fact.

They ran out of torture novelty. Even Compass Carburettor couldn\'t think of a new method to torture Slayer. It was strange that the first time he ran out of experience was regarding torture.

It was also because Slayer\'s mind was filled to the brim with the fog from Hazen. His mind was on the verge of shattering, unable to hold any more experience. They truly filled it to the brim with torture.

"Ok, do the deed." Compass Carburettor commanded Ahjar.

Secondary Factor—Shadow!

Ahjar entered the nervous body of Slayer that didn\'t remember anything regarding the past two years.

Once Ahjar entered him, his shadow wriggled, following which Slayer\'s body moved to be in coordination. Up next, his mind was manipulated, causing Slayer to recall all of his fragments, the entirety of them.

Instantly, the energy-condensed forms of all the Genre Representatives exploded as they were consumed. It was just that group of energy-condensed bodies though.

A couple of seconds later, the Genre Representatives returned with new bodies. But this time, they were no longer System Hosts, free like before.

"I…am free?" Fluff stared in disbelief before tearing up as she proclaimed in joy, "Whoever is behind this, get a kiss from me!"

"Haah…" Immortal gasped in exhaustion, finally becoming free. Even though he was on the verge of breaking free all along, he couldn\'t in the end. He was unlike Magister that took advantage of the unprecedentedness of his action.

In Immortal\'s case, the Representative System fragment in him was prepared against him all along. As a result, he took more than two years and still couldn\'t break free. But now, he finally attained freedom.

He then glared at the crack in the System World and rushed inside. All his collective consciousnesses were of the same opinion.

Revenge!

Cultivators were famed for their vengeance. And having been at the receiving end of abuse for so long, Immortal was raving for some payback. He charged into the System World and assisted the almost beaten figure of Mascot, immediately relieving him.

Some arrived to assist Mascot while the others assisted Technocraft. Their addition allowed Mascot, Magister, and Technocraft to get a breather and quickly recover from their injuries. They also treated the damage sustained by their worlds.

And in a matter of days, they were back to full strength, instantly raising the oppression faced by the Systems. By this point, all the Grade 3 Systems had arrived at the scene.

As all the Genre Representatives of the multiverse except Mystique ganged upon the System World, Zaira recalled all the Systems to participate in the war, including Grade 1 Systems. But strangely, none of the Grade 2 Systems arrived.

After all, Ahjar did something to them.
